This amount is a reservation amount. This will never actually be debited from your account, but will be adjusted to the effective amount. The reservation amount (€10) will be replaced by the actual amount you purchased for. Example: €10 euros are reserved. You can buy a tube of balls for €7.50. Within 24/48 hours, – €10 euros will be replaced by €7.50 euros.

Hand over the racket(s) at the bar and send an email to info@gearpadel.es stating the number of rackets you left behind. We check with the bar and ensure that no additional costs are charged.

No problem, the return code only serves as a backup and you do not actually need it to return your racket(s). Take the bank card with which you originally rented the rackets, click on 'Return racket' and 'Payment with bank card'. The Padel Kiosk will recognize your card and unlock the door so that you can hand in your racket.
